Specialty, experience level and learning objectives are defined together in advance. This creates a programme suited to the participants’ real working environment.
International cooperation
Hospitations & Training
Tailored observerships and training with suitable universities, hospitals and specialists.
Start an enquiry
Department, faculty, hospital or university and suitable practical elements are assembled for the task. Observerships, simulation, case discussion and seminars can be combined where useful.
MedCare24 coordinates invitations, language, travel, participation documents and partner communication. Feedback and possible next steps are documented after completion.

From enquiry to learning transfer
Observerships need learning goals, clear boundaries and a robust schedule.
We develop programmes with the sending and host organisations. The result is not a generic hospital visit but a traceable learning pathway with specialty relevance, named contacts and documented completion.
Programme brief
Specialty, participant number and profile, desired competencies, period, working language and expected outcomes are defined. Only then are suitable hospitals, institutes or simulation centres approached.
Programme and responsibility
The host defines learning content, access and the permitted form of observation. Patient contact or practical participation occurs only where legally and institutionally permitted under the host's direct responsibility.
Delivery
MedCare24 coordinates communication, timetable, language support and organisational changes. Host specialists deliver the agreed content; changes and cancelled units are documented transparently.
Completion and application
At the end, participation and delivered content are confirmed. Institutional programmes may include a transfer discussion defining which procedures, standards or training elements will be developed at home and who owns them.
Confirmed cooperation
Contracts, programmes and real work.
Long-standing partnerships connect medical expertise, professional education and international project delivery.
Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg · Universitätsklinikum Freiburg
The contractually confirmed research cooperation covers prevention, extracellular vesicles, biomarkers and the scientific basis of future check-up concepts. MedCare24 contributes as an industrial and conceptual development partner and supports the transfer of suitable research findings into workable care models.
Central Asian Medical University (CAMU)
The cooperation with CAMU in Fergana covers medical education, simulation-based teaching, international professional exchange and development programmes. Content, specialties, responsible faculty and organisational arrangements are agreed separately for each format.
Medical Education · Nukus
In Nukus, MedCare24 supports practice-oriented education and exchange formats for medical teams. The focus is on clear learning objectives, applicable expertise and knowledge transfer that continues locally after the programme.
Impressions
