Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Technically necessary connection and log data are processed for secure delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; processing on behalf under Art. 28 GDPR).
Contact form and email
We process contact, organisation and enquiry data to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Confirmation is shown in the form; no automatic email is sent to the address entered.
No health data in the general form
Do not submit diagnoses, reports, medication details or medical records through the general form or by unencrypted email. If necessary, we provide a protected transfer channel after initial contact. Special-category data are processed only for a defined purpose under Art. 9(2) GDPR.
Technically necessary storage
Your cookie choice is stored locally; a necessary session may protect forms (§ 25(2)(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No analytics, marketing or social-media tracking is integrated.
Abuse prevention
Technical checks and temporary limits protect forms. IP addresses are used only temporarily and in hashed form for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within six months after completion. Statutory periods apply to business relationships: generally six years for correspondence, eight years for accounting records and, in specified cases, ten years for tax or commercial records.
Recipients and international transfers
Necessary IT, hosting, email and communications providers may receive data. Transfers outside the EEA take place only under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. Clinics or partners receive data only for a specifically agreed case and on an appropriate legal basis.
Your rights
Subject to statutory requirements, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object, and withdraw consent. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly the North Rhine-Westphalia data protection authority.

Fields marked as required are necessary to handle your request.
