We do not simply refer to the nearest provider. The case is prepared, directed to suitable specialties and matched with the organisational conditions of realistic care.
Case preparation
Reports, imaging, pathology, prior treatments, medication and specific questions are checked for completeness and chronology. Missing or outdated material is identified before a provider is asked to assess the case.
Selecting the department
Specialisation, experience with the condition, required technology, multidisciplinary capability and availability are decisive. Provider names are not used as quality promises; suitability is explained for the individual case.
Proposal and decision
Based on available information, the provider sets out its initial assessment, possible diagnostics, treatment options and cost assumptions. We explain prerequisites, exclusions, prepayment and possible changes so the patient can decide on an informed basis.
Coordination and follow-up
Appointments, language support and handovers between departments are coordinated. At completion, results and clinical recommendations are organised for continued care at home.
