International Patients

We begin by clarifying the objective, urgency and available information. Medical documents are requested only afterwards through a suitable protected route and organised for professional review.

Suitable hospitals, practices or specialists are approached according to the specific medical question, language and availability. The selection is explained; diagnosis and treatment remain the responsibility of the respective providers.

Appointments, communication, travel, translation and follow-up are brought together in one understandable process. You have one dedicated contact and know who is responsible for the next step.

Services for patients

One pathway. Every critical interface.

From the first enquiry to handover, we connect medical, language and organisational tasks in a transparent process.

Treatment & diagnostics

We clarify the medical question, approach suitable specialties and providers, and coordinate the required diagnostic steps. Findings, appointments and responses are brought together through one dedicated contact.

Second opinion & remote consultation

Existing reports, imaging and treatment plans are prepared in a structured format and sent to suitable independent specialists. The medical assessment is returned in understandable form and does not replace emergency care.

Rehabilitation & follow-up

We coordinate the transition after surgery, neurological events, oncology treatment or complex illness. Goals, provider, travel, therapy appointments and follow-up are agreed individually.

Personal patient support

A multilingual contact supports the agreed care pathway from an organisational perspective. This includes appointment coordination, provider communication and a clear overview of the next steps.

Medical document translation

Reports, medical letters, operation notes and test results are prepared professionally for further review. Scope, target language and secure transfer are agreed in advance.

Visa and travel coordination

We support medical invitations, organisational evidence, travel planning and accommodation. Visa decisions remain solely with the competent authority.

Transfer and personal driver

Pick-up, travel between accommodation and medical providers, and other mobility are organised around the treatment plan. Medically required transport is arranged separately with suitable providers.

Air ambulance and medical transport

Where medically required, we coordinate air ambulance or specialist transport with licensed providers. Fitness to travel, medical escort, route and handovers are assessed case by case.

Medical cost and offer review

Estimates are reviewed for scope, identifiable assumptions and organisational items. Medical decisions and binding prices remain the responsibility of the respective providers.

Coordination of lawful medicine supply

Lawful medicine supply is coordinated only through authorised medical, pharmaceutical and legal channels. Prescription, import rules and availability must be checked for each case.

Check-up and prevention

Prevention pathways reflect personal risk profile, medical history and specialist assessment. Examinations are not sold as a blanket package but selected after medical review.

Social case coordination for children

For selected cases involving children, we support organisational coordination between the family, provider and other parties. MedCare24 does not collect donations or promise treatment.

The pathway for international patients

From the first enquiry to structured follow-up.

MedCare24 brings together the organisational steps of treatment abroad. One dedicated contact guides documents, provider enquiries, appointments, travel and follow-up questions without pre-empting clinical decisions.

Enquiry and records

The treatment objective, urgency, previous diagnostics and available records are first structured. Medical files are requested only after agreement through an appropriate protected transfer route and organised for specialist review.

Provider and treatment framework

Suitable departments are approached according to the medical question, available expertise and organisational feasibility. The provider decides on acceptance, diagnostics and treatment and issues its estimate; MedCare24 explains the process and open points.

Stay and support

After clinical acceptance, we coordinate invitations, appointment sequence, accommodation, transfer, language support and accompaniment as required. Changes arising during care are aligned with the patient, provider and other parties.

Results and next steps

At completion, clinical letters, results, billing and recommended follow-up are brought together organisationally. Medical recommendations come exclusively from treating providers; MedCare24 ensures a clear handover and reliable communication.
